2. We Diagnose & Estimate

Our technicians inspect the vehicle and give you a written estimate before any work starts. No work happens without your authorization.

3. We Get You Back on the Road

Once you approve, we do the work, road-test the vehicle, and let you know when it’s ready. You get an itemized invoice with everything we did.

Your Rights as Our Customer

California law gives you specific rights when you authorize automotive repair work. You’re entitled to a written estimate before work begins, written authorization for any additional charges, an itemized invoice on completion, and the return of any replaced parts on request.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an appointment, or can I just drop in?

Appointments are strongly recommended so we can have a bay and the right tech ready for you. We do accept walk-ins when the schedule allows. For urgent or down-truck situations, call (916) 760-6066 first and we’ll do our best to fit you in.

Do you service vehicles I didn’t buy from you?

Yes. Our shop is open to all customers, regardless of where you purchased your vehicle. The Lifetime Loyalty Discount (10% off labor for life) is reserved for vehicles purchased from us, but everything else — same shop, same techs, same standards.

What’s included in your written estimate?

Every estimate spells out the parts, the labor, and the total before tax. We don’t begin work until you authorize the estimate. If we discover anything additional during the repair, we stop and get your written authorization before continuing — that’s both California BAR law and our policy.

Do you offer mobile service or roadside assistance?
